Kidz 'n' Cats Anne Vinyl Jointed Doll

Kidz 'n' Cats Anne is one of my favourites from the 2012 collection. Kidz 'n' Cats dolls are growing in popularity every year because of their beauty, their lovely clothing and the joints in their bodies. Kidz 'n' Cats Anne is no exception.

Anne has long brown hair with a hint of red which she has in a middle parting with a fringe. Her hair is a wig which makes keeping the hairstyle in place, such as the fringe, much easier. Anne has a pony tail on each side of her head tied with a mini pink scrunchie. Anne's face is beautiful with sparkling bright blue inset eyes with long lashes, pretty pink painted lips and full rosy cheeks. Kidz 'n' Cats Anne's body is made from phthalate free vinyl and has 11 joints in total including the knees and elbows. My daughter loves that the Kidz 'n' Cats dolls have legs and arms that can be bent so that they can be posed in lots of positions and look real.

Anne's dolls clothes are particularly beautiful and consist of a grey marled jumper decorated with embroidered flowers and cream cotton lace. I love the piece of lace stitched to one shoulder which is slightly gathered and decorated with varying tiny buttons. Anne's jeans are made from cerise pink canvas with white contrast stitching. As underwear Anne wears a pretty matching crop top and knickers in stretchy white mesh lace and a pair of white socks. Her snowboots are made from grey nylon tied with pink cords and she wears a dark grey/khaki knitted scarf with fluffy pompoms on each end which has multi coloured pompoms sewn all over it.   

Kidz 'n' Cats Anne has her very own Kidz 'n' Cats cat. This little grey velour cat is wearing a fleecy grey all in one with matching pompoms down the front, and a deep red beret.

Kidz 'n' Cats Anne has been designed by the Germany company Heart & Soul for girls from the age of 6 years old.

The body of this doll can be cleaned using a damp cloth with a little mild detergent if required. The body should not be immersed in water as this will rot the elastic holding the limbs onto the body.

The hair can be carefully washed using a mild shampoo taking care not to create tangles. Care should be taken to avoid getting the wig wet as this may upset the glue used to attach the wig to the head.

The dolls clothes can be hand washed using a mild detergent in warm water. Do not tumble dry but dry flat, smoothing out creases whilst damp. Iron using a cool iron if needed.
