Kidz 'n' Cats Ariane Party Doll

Kidz 'n' Cats Ariane is new to the Kidz 'n' Cats range for 2012 and she will not disappoint! Ariane has beautiful curly hair in a light red/brown which is actually a kanekalon wig. The tendrils are soft to the touch and springy but they will need a lot of care to keep them looking good, and for this reason I would recommend this doll for an older girl, or at least a little girl with a Mum who loves to play with dolls too!

Ariane has blue eyes with long lashes, pretty painted lips and rosy cheeks. Her body is all vinyl with 11 joints in total, including the wrists, elbows and knees, allowing her to be posed in lots of natural looking positions.

Ariane is wearing a beautiful outfit that would be great for skating in. Her long sleeved top is made from stretchy silver grey nylon covered with printed designs in black, pinks and white. Her short pink velour skirt is highly gathered and has a wide waistband to her hips. There is a wide black ribbon around her waist which dangles down the front. There is also a double layer of gathered net which shows beneath her skirt. Beneath the skirt Ariane wears a pair of matching silver grey tights, black thigh high leg warmers and pink and grey striped leg warmers over that! Ariane's boots are very up to the minuet black lace up boots with scallped edging and tassels on the end of the laces. As underwear Ariane wears a white pair of knickers and matching crop top in pretty stretchy net. Finally. Ariane has her very own Kidz 'n' Cats grey velour cat who is wearing a matching silver grey tutu with a pink net skirt and co-ordinating ballet shoes. Really sweet.

The body of this doll can be cleaned using a damp cloth with a little mild detergent if required. The body should not be immersed in water as this will rot the elastic holding the limbs onto the body.

The hair can be carefully washed using a mild shampoo taking care not to create tangles. Care should be taken to avoid getting the wig wet as this may upset the glue used to attach the wig to the head.

The dolls clothes can be hand washed using a mild detergent in warm water. Do not tumble dry but dry flat, smoothing out creases whilst damp. Iron using a cool iron if needed.
