Madame Alexander After School Cool Standing Doll

After School Cool is one of the Favourite Friend dolls by Madame Alexander. She is 46cm/18" tall with brown closing eyes and shoulder length red rooted hair with a side parting. This girl is a bit of a tom boy as she is wearing a sleeveless black jersey top with multicoloured diagonal stripes knitted in, a pair of straight leg denim jeans with turn ups, a light weight blue cotton jacket with patch pockets and a hood with printed badges showing a roaring tiger head, a skull and cross bones and another saying "wild at heart". On her feet she is wearing a pair of black baseball boots with white laces.

After School Cool has a vinyl head and limbs with very flexible joints. The top half of her body is vinyl too so she can wear strappy tops and still look good, and the lower two thirds is made from pale pink fabric filled with cuddly fibre.

This doll is a great alternative to an American Girl doll as she is the same size and shares many characteristics. The body of this doll can be gently wiped with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse in water. The clothes can be carefully handwashed in warm water using a mild detergent. Dry flat and do not tumble dry. Smooth out creases whilst damp and use a cool iron if required.
