Viviana is another exquisite baby doll from the Miaculti range. This beautiful doll has been lovingly made in Germany to an incredibly high standard. Her vinyl head and limbs are made from soft vinyl with the look of real baby skin and her brown inset eyes glisten. She has healthy rosy cheeks and a slightly red nose - and a nostril that is slightly wet looking too. (The detail is amazing). Her painted hair is brown and her body is made from skin tone soft flannel cleverly filled with fibre and pellets so that she is heavy in all the right places, just like a real baby, but cuddly too.
Viviana's dolls clothes are divine! She is wearing short sleeved rompers made from white cotton covered in pretty pink and yellow flowers. There is fine white lace trim around the neck and sleeve edges, smocking across the front, a tiny dusky rose satin bow in the middle of the yoke and elastic gathers just below the knee. The same fabric has been used to make a pretty brimmed hat with a tie beneath the chin, and the hat too is trimmed with white lace. Viviana's cardigan is totally gorgeous. It is made from white ribbed cotton jersey lined with white cotton and it has been shaped into a bolero style. All around the edges the cardigan is trimmed with white daisy braid and it's three tiny buttons up the front are covered in the floral fabric used for the rompers. So sweet! On her feet Viviana is wearing a pair of patterned white cotton ankle socks with white cotton shoes tied around the ankles with white satin ribbons. Finally, Viviana wears a newborn nappy, just like a real baby.
You can see from the photograph that my daughter Rosie is rather taken with Viviana. Now she can't decide if she would like Viviana or Sofia for her birthday! Decisions, decisions!

As ever, an excellent service from Bambolina. This is my second Miaculti baby and she is just gorgeous. The eyes are an incredible colour and she has such a wistful look. The doll is made to a very high standard as are the clothes she is wearing.
The body of this doll can be gently wiped with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse in water. The clothes can be carefully handwashed in warm water using a mild detergent. Dry flat and do not tumble dry. Smooth out creases whilst damp and use a cool iron if required.
