Petitcollin Coline Ecolo Doll

This is the first Coline doll that Petalina has included in the range from Petitcollin, the traditional French doll manufacturer that still makes the majority of it's products in France. What is special about Coline Ecolo is that she is the result of a sustainable development policy. Coline has been manufactured taking care to respect ethical and ecological standards. Her body and clothes are made in Europe from organic cotton. The packaging is made of recycled cardboard without plastic and can be used as a bed for the doll. The vinyl used for Coline is also phthalate free.

Coline is really very pretty. She is 35cm tall, has a soft fabric body with her head, arms and legs sewn on.  Her inset eyes are brown and she has lots of wavy rooted blonde hair with a side parting. Coline also has a sweet scent which little girls will adore. Coline is wearing a dusky pink dress covered with tiny purple circles. The dress has a large frilled collar and an underskirt made from beige and cream gingham.  In her hair Coline wears a hairband made from knitted cream cotton and on her legs she wears some cream cotton leggings with a pair of cream lacy socks (nylon of some sort).

This doll can be washed in the machine. The hair should be tied into bunches or a pony tail to avoid tangling, and the whole doll placed into a tied pillow case or lingerie bag. This can then be washed in the machine at 30’C on a delicate or hand wash cycle using a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry but remove from the piillow case and dry the doll in a warm place lying face down, making sure that the hair is correctly styled before doing so.

The dolls clothes can be hand washed using a mild detergent in luke warm water. Do not tumble dry but dry flat, smoothing out creases whilst damp. Iron using a cool iron if needed.
