We love Tinka! She is an all vinyl doll with multiple joints suitable for children age 6 years and up from the Kidz 'n' Cats range, designed by Sonja Hartmann, founder of With Heart and Soul.
Tinka has dark brown in-set eyes with pretty long lashes and lots of long golden brown hair with a fringe. Her clothes are very trendy and up to date as she is wearing a white jersey cropped vest top with a pea green tunic over the top covered in pink flowers and the word 'summer' in black. The tunic ties at the shoulders, has a plain green band around the bottom to gather it in around her, and a contrasting white floral belt with a white buckle. Tinka also wears a pair of shiny charcoal leggings and a pair of tiny white knickers trimmed with pink thread. Her lace up baseball boots are made from brightly coloured check fabric.
Tinka also has lots of accessories including a matching hand bag, a woven straw sun visor, a stretchy white nylon mesh cardigan with pink cotton trim around the edges, and a cute little Kidz 'n' Cats cat who wears a pale green dress and burgundy beret.
This is the second Kidz 'n'cats doll I've bought for my daughter. Tinka is just as lovely as her other one. She already has decided that she'd like to add another one to her collection. Many thanks.
My daughter chose this doll and saved up to buy her. The doll, now named Rebecca, is beautiful and is even better than described. The service from Bambolina was excellent. Please note, though, that the doll's eyes do not shut - they are fixed.
I gave this to my granddaughter and she loved her. She has lovely clothes and was even in the sale! I would very much recommend it!
The body of this doll can be cleaned using a damp cloth with a little mild detergent if required. The body should not be immersed in water as this will rot the elastic holding the limbs onto the body.
The hair can be carefully washed using a mild shampoo taking care not to create tangles. Care should be taken to avoid getting the wig wet as this may upset the glue used to attach the wig to the head.
The dolls clothes can be hand washed using a mild detergent in warm water. Do not tumble dry but dry flat, smoothing out creases whilst damp. Iron using a cool iron if needed.
