So what are Loyalty Points?
As any mum will tell you there’s only one thing better than tracking down that extra special doll for a loved one…and that’s finding two! Here at Petalina we like to make these difficult decisions that little bit easier for our customers with the introduction of our new loyalty points scheme.
Every time you order an item from Petalina’s online store we’ll give you discount points that can be used against your next purchase. You can see how many loyalty points a product earns by looking above the 'add to basket' button on the product's page. It’s really that simple. Just make sure to log in with your email address when you place an order to receive your points, and let us take care of the rest. The only time you won't earn loyalty points is if a product has been reduced in price significantly.
Do I need to open an account to be able to earn loyalty points?
Yes, you do need to open an account but it's really quick and easy to do so. Add whatever you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and then click on Checkout and Pay. Follow the prompts and when asked to do so enter a password. Just by doing that you will be allocated the loyalty points you have earned from your purchase. Next time you purchase all you have to do to use any points you have, is login to your account using the email address you provided during checkout together with the password.
How do I know how many points I have?
Just go to the ‘Login’ at the top right hand corner of any page. From there click ‘Reward Points and Order History’ to see how close you are to getting that perfect gift.
How many points will I receive for each order?
The number of points you will be awarded depends on what you purchase. Every item on the website is allocated loyalty points based on 3% of it's value. You can see how many points you will earn when you purchase a product underneath the 'Add to Basket' button on a product's page.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are purchasing from outside the European Economic Community you are not required to pay UK 20% sales tax (VAT, Value Added Tax). When you add a product to your basket and then change the 'Delivery Zone' to your country, the price of all products on the website will show at a lower price without VAT. As a result, because you won't be spending so much, the Loyalty Points awarded will also be lower than if you were paying the tax.
How do I use my points?
For every pound you spend with Petalina you’ll receive 4 points to use against anything in our online store, with 100 points earning you £1 off your next purchase. We’ll show you the amount of points you have available when placing orders and points can be saved so you can choose to use as many or as little as you’d like. Simply enter the amounts of points you’d like to use within the checkout and click ‘Apply Discount'. Don't forget you need to login to your account before purchasing to ensure that you are offered your points to spend or to earn some more.
Can I get points for orders I’ve made in the past?
As our reward system is generated automatically online we unfortunately have no way of adding points to accounts or phone orders, but with further rewards available for referring friends (link to Facebook scheme if possible) and bonus points on offer for special products you’ll soon build a discount to use against our unique selection of individual dolls.
Please be advised that applying discounts requires a basket total of at least ten pounds, and points can only be redeemed to a minimum discount of £1 and a maximum of £10. Thank you.
Help! I can't login to my account. What should I do?
We can put this right very easily for you. Get in touch with us and we can look up which email you have registered with us and can reset your password.
Can I earn loyalty points if I order over the phone?
Unfortunately this isn't possible because the loyalty points are automatically allocated by the website so only orders placed online can earn loyalty points.

We will also not tolerate abuse of our loyalty point scheme and reserve the right to remove loyalty points from any customer account if we feel justifed in doing so.
